Karin had a great day today. She was able to get out and do some shopping and then headed home for a good nap. Only one nap today! Yeah! She is planning on walking tonight also. Today is definitely better than last week.

Thank you, thank you, to everyone who showed up to help with the planning of the Karin L. Carter Hope 5K Run/Walk & Auction. The planning is underway and it is going to be an exciting event.
